How To Cook Omelet Stuffed With Rice, Spinach And Crab Rolls - Recipe

Required products :

  • 3 eggs
  • 130 grams of rice
  • several spinach leaves (10 - 15)
  • 4 pieces of crab rolls
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Boil the rice in salted water until done.

During this time, beat the eggs thoroughly together with the soy sauce and ground black pepper to taste.

Bake two thin omelettes of the mixture.

Blanch the spinach in a little oil, dry and chop finely. Mix it with boiled and cooled rice.

Put the prepared omelets on a board and spread the rice filling. Arrange the crab rolls beautifully and form rolls, which you cut into pieces.

Serve with soy sauce.
