Required products :

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons fresh milk
  • 3 tablespoons old canned or boiled beans
  • 1 tomato, cut into circles
  • pinch of cumin and coriander seeds
  • salt, dill and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

 

Method of preparation :

Beat the eggs in a bowl, pour 2 tablespoons of milk, add salt, dill, pepper to taste and beat.

Heat the fat in a pan, arrange in one half of the dish circles of tomatoes, sprinkle with a pinch of cumin and coriander.

Put the beans on them, then pour the eggs and reduce the heat to medium.

When the egg base is browned, close the omelette by turning the stuffed part over the tomatoes and beans.

Place a lid on the pan and leave the dish on the hob until completely cooked.
