Required products :
3 onions (white, red)
3 eggs
30 milliliters of cream with a fat content of 10%
25 milliliters of olive oil
a little sugar
salt and pepper to taste
Method of preparation :
Cut the onion into semicircles, but not too thin to avoid mash. Stew in hot olive oil and sprinkle with a little sugar.
