How To Cook Omelet With Chicken Livers And Mushrooms In The Oven - Recipe

Required products :

  • 600 grams of liver
  • 1 onion
  • 250 grams of mushrooms
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons wheat flour
  • 150 grams of cream (sour)
  • 100 grams of yellow cheese or other hard cheese
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • salt, grated nutmeg and black pepper (ground)

 

Method of preparation :

Cut the onion into semicircles and fry for 2-3 minutes, then add the mushrooms (cut into tiles), put a little grated nutmeg and leave the mixture on the stove for 2-3 minutes.

When removed from the heat, transfer to a pan.

Wash the livers, dry, roll in flour, fry for 5 minutes and place on the mushrooms.

Beat the eggs, add the cream to them, season with black pepper, add salt to the mushrooms, onions and livers.

Bake the dish in the oven, which you preheated to 180 degrees. In about 15 minutes the omelet will be ready. Then sprinkle with yellow cheese and return to bake to form a delicious crust (ten minutes are enough).
