Required products :

  • 3 eggs
  • 120 grams of canned corn
  • 250 grams of bolognese sauce
  • left
  • pepper
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • basil for decoration

 

Method of preparation :

Mix the eggs with the corn, season and beat with a fork. Add the bolognese sauce to this combination, stir and bake the omelette in a greased pan over medium heat until the bottom of the omelette is firm. Then reduce the temperature of the hob, close the pan with a lid and leave the dish until ready.

Cut the omelet into portions and decorate with fresh green basil leaves.
