Required products :

  • 3 eggs
  • 100 grams of fresh cabbage
  • 1 tomato
  • 30 grams of red pepper
  • salt and a mixture of different types of ground pepper


Method of preparation :

Cut the cabbage into pieces as shown in the next photo. In this case, raw cabbage is used, but you can cook it for a while if you prefer it to be softer.

Beat the eggs with a fork, add salt to taste and 2 tablespoons of water. Season with a mixture of different types of ground pepper.

Carefully dip the cabbage pieces in the eggs, then put in a pan with fat (it can be oil and butter). Pour the chopped tomatoes, peppers and pour the remaining eggs over the vegetables.

Sprinkle with pepper, close the pan with a lid and leave on the stove until the desired omelet is ready.
