Required products :

  • 4 eggs
  • 150 grams of fresh or canned mushrooms
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 250 grams of minced meat
  • 1/2 cup fresh milk
  • connection dill
  • spices to taste
  • yellow cheese at will

Method of preparation :

Mix the eggs with 4 tablespoons of milk, season and beat.

Bake a few thick omelets and wait for them to cool so that it is easier to roll afterwards.

Season the minced meat, pour in the remaining milk (or water) to keep it moist and easily spread it on the omelets.

Apply a thin even layer on the egg bases, followed by mayonnaise to which you have added chopped dill, and finally add the chopped mushrooms.

Roll up the rolls and arrange them in a tray. If desired, sprinkle with grated cheese.

Bake for about half an hour in the oven at 180 degrees.

Serve the juice that is released during the heat treatment as a sauce to the dish.

Have a good time!
