Required products :

  • 200 grams of mushrooms
  • 1 onion
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons fresh milk
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • pepper
  • left

Method of preparation :

Cut the mushrooms into pieces, which you fry together with the chopped onion in the hot oil.

Beat the eggs, pour 2 tablespoons of milk, add a spoonful of flour and season with salt and ground black pepper.

Pour the egg mixture into a greased pan. When the base is baked, pour the mushroom stuffing on it.

 

Fold the omelette in half and leave it on the hob until ready on both sides.
