How To Cook Omelet With Pork Stuffing With Fish Sauce - Recipe

Required products :

for the stuffing:

  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 hot pepper, finely chopped (cleaned of seeds)
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped
  • 250 grams of minced pork (optional mixture)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon blanched green leafy vegetables such as spinach, nettle, etc.
  • 1 small diced tomato
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon sugar

For the omelet:

  • 4 eggs, broken
  • 2 teaspoons fish sauce
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped coriander
  • 4 teaspoons oil

Method of preparation :

Heat a wok and put the oil in it. When clogged, fry the garlic, hot pepper and green onion. After 30 seconds, add the meat and chop it into small pieces.

When it loses its pink color, add the green leafy vegetables, tomatoes, fish sauce, lemon juice and sugar. Stir and simmer for about 6 minutes until the vegetable liquid evaporates.

Beat the eggs with the coriander and fish sauce. Fry them, after turning them, distribute the filling in them.

Serve by sprinkling with more coriander if desired.
