The omelette is one of the best choices you can make to start the day. Breakfast, which combines carbohydrates and protein, will keep you full until noon. Required products :

  • 2 medium potatoes
  • 100 grams of mushrooms
  • 5 eggs
  • 20 ml of fresh milk

Method of preparation :

Cut the potatoes into circles 2-3 millimeters thick. Boil them for 5 minutes until soft. Drain the water and set aside.

In a bowl, beat the eggs and milk, along with the spices and finely chopped parsley.

Pour over the egg mixture and cook on a low heat. It is best to cover with a lid until the omelet is ready.
