Learn how to cook "Omelet with potatoes, onions, bacon and tomatoes". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
200 grams of bacon
1 pepper
1 onion
peeled tomatoes to taste
2 medium potatoes
2 tablespoons canned corn
4 eggs
11 tablespoons cooking cream with a fat content of 30%
oil
butter
Method of preparation :
Cut the pepper into small pieces, onion - into small pieces, peel the tomatoes from the skins, cut them into cubes, boil the potatoes (but not boiled)
Fry the bacon and onion in oil until golden, then add the tomatoes and peppers. Let cook for 5 minutes.
Cut the potatoes into 4 pieces and fry them in butter until they become reddish.
In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and mix them with the cream. Bake a thin omelet, put potatoes, onions, bacon, peppers in it and close. Peel the tomatoes and spread on the surface, serve the omelette with corn.
