How To Cook Omelet With Pumpkin, Cheese And Garlic - Recipe

Required products :

  • 150 grams of pumpkin
  • 2 medium-sized onions
  • 3 eggs
  • 50 milliliters of fresh milk
  • yellow cheese to taste
  • 1 clove garlic (optional)
  • spices to taste
  • oil or frying oil

 

Method of preparation :

Cut onions into semicircles or large squares, and pumpkin into large straws.

Heat the preferred fat in a pan, pour the onion in it, let it fry lightly and then add the pumpkin. Stew for about 3-4 minutes.

Beat the eggs with the milk in a bowl, season.

Put finely chopped garlic cloves (if you will use) with the vegetables and pour the eggs over them.

Close the pan with a lid, reduce the heat and bake until desired.

Cut the omelet into pieces, sprinkle with planed yellow cheese and good appetite!
