Necessary products
For the stuffing:
250 grams of diced chicken
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon rapeseed oil
1/2 onion
2 cloves garlic
1 fresh mushroom, thinly sliced
1 teaspoon blanched rice (Japanese )
ketchup
tomato puree
For the omelet:
2 eggs (large)
1 teaspoon fresh milk
1 teaspoon rapeseed oil
salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Method of preparation :
Season the chicken with salt and freshly ground black pepper and leave for the moment.
Heat the rapeseed oil in a large skillet over medium heat. In it, fry diced onions until soft.
Then add the garlic and mushroom pieces, then the meat and let it cook until the chicken is fried. Then pour the cooked rice, stir and add salt and pepper if necessary.
Add tomato puree to taste, stir and start making the omelette.
Beat the eggs in a bowl, add the milk, salt and pepper.
Heat 1 teaspoon of oil in a pan and pour the eggs. Pour the filling over them and close the edges to the middle, forming a roll.
Transfer the omelette to a plate and serve with ketchup.
