How To Cook Omelet With Salmon, Cheese And Tomatoes - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Omelet with salmon, yellow cheese and tomatoes". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 2 eggs
  • 200 milliliters of fresh milk
  • 1 teaspoon flour

 

  • 1 fillet of salted salmon
  • 1 tomato
  • 60 grams of yellow cheese
  • 1 tablespoon butter

 

  • salt, pepper, greens and other spices

 

Method of preparation :

Cut the salmon fillet into cubes, fry them lightly in butter.

Grate the yellow cheese, scald the tomatoes, peel and then cut.

Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt, milk and flour.

Pour the homogeneous mixture into a hot pan greased with oil.

When the omelette is semi-finished, put the fish, tomatoes and half of the stuffing on it with the pre-grated yellow cheese.

Season to taste and close the container with a lid.

Once the omelette is baked, fold it in half, covering the filling with the free part, remove to a plate and serve.
