Required products :
 
3 eggs
200 milliliters of fresh milk
100 grams of cleaned shrimp
1 small tomato
2-3 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon oil
salt and ground black pepper to taste
 
Method of preparation :
 
Peel and mash the garlic cloves. Steam the tomato and peel it, clean the seeds, remove the juice and cut the flesh into small cubes.
 
Heat a little oil in a pan and fry the crushed garlic in it for 1-3 minutes, then remove from the pan.
 
Put the tomatoes in the same fat, and 3 minutes later add the shrimp. Let simmer together under a lid while you prepare the egg mixture.
 
Beat the eggs with a wire for this purpose or use a fork. Pour in the fresh milk and season to taste. Pour this liquid over the shrimp and tomatoes, close the pan with a lid, reduce the heat and let the omelette fry until done.
