How To Cook Omelet With Sorrel, Cottage Cheese And Yellow Cheese - Recipe

Required products :

  • 5 eggs
  • 2 sorrel ties
  • 500 grams of high-fat cottage cheese
  • 100 grams of yellow cheese
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt, pepper

 

Method of preparation :

Wash and dry the sorrel, cut it into small pieces. Pass the curd through a sieve, grate the cheese.

Beat the eggs with spices to taste, add half of the sorrel, cottage cheese and stir.

Mix the butter and olive oil, heat them in a pan, which you can then place in the oven. Pour in the eggs with sorrel and cottage cheese, stir with a spatula.

When the mixture begins to thicken, add the remaining sorrel, stir, pour the cheese over the remaining products and move the pan to the oven (preheat it to 200 degrees) for 5 minutes.

The omelet should be crispy at the edges and soft in the middle.
