How To Cook Omelet With Tomatoes, Mushrooms And Avocados - Recipe

Required products :
(for 1 omelet)

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 2 teaspoons butter
  • for the filling:
  • 1/3 tea cup mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup broccoli tea
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons onions
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • avocado

Method of preparation :

Fry all the stuffing products, except the tomatoes, until ready - start with onions and mushrooms, finally add the broccoli.

Beat the eggs with the water and season to taste with salt and pepper.

Melt the butter in a pan on low heat and pour the eggs. When the edges of the omelette are tight and the inside is still liquid, run a spatula lightly over the omelet to make it fluffier, if necessary, tilt the pan to refill the entire surface with the egg mixture.

When the omelette is firm, spread the filling over it and fold in half.

Serve with a few slices of avocado and fresh cherry tomatoes.
