Necessary products:

3 potatoes

spinach

1/2 head onion

1/2 pepper

4 eggs

50 g cream or 50 ml milk

salt and spices to taste

frying oil

Method of preparation:

Boil the potatoes with the peels, cool, peel and cut into pieces. Cut onions into semicircles, peppers - into short strips. Fry the onion in oil until golden, add the pepper, chopped spinach and stew for 2-3 minutes. In a greased pan, place the potato pieces, then the fried vegetables. Beat the eggs to a froth, season with salt and spices and pour the cream or milk. Pour the resulting mixture over the vegetables and fry over low heat with the lid closed until the eggs are ready. If desired, sprinkle with grated cheese.
