How To Cook Omelet With Zucchini, Tomatoes And Green Onions In The Oven - Recipe

Required products :

  • 2 large zucchini
  • 3 medium tomatoes
  • 1 medium sweet pepper
  • 7 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 4 tablespoons thick sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon spice mix to taste
  • salt to taste
  • 2 green onion feathers (optional)
  • dill / parsley to taste for sprinkling
  • 2 teaspoons oil
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 2 tablespoons flour

 

Method of preparation :

Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Grease a suitable form with oil.

Cut the zucchini into thin circles and the pepper into straws.

Beat the eggs together with the cream and mayonnaise, season with salt and spices. Then add the chopped green onions, flour and stir (do not beat anymore).

Pour the zucchini and peppers in the prepared dish and pour over the egg combination.

Arrange tomato rings on the surface and spread the butter, cut into pieces.

Put the dish in the oven and let it cook for about 30 minutes. Judge the exact time during baking, it also depends on the oven itself. Observe that the omelet should not remain liquid.

Cut the finished dish into pieces, sprinkle with dill or parsley and serve.
