How To Cook Omelette Rolls With Mashed Potatoes And Cheese - Recipe

Required products :

  • 8 eggs
  • 1/2 cup fresh milk
  • 200 grams of butter
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 5 potatoes
  • 1/2 cup grated yellow cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese
  • 1 teaspoon tomato sauce
  • 1 cube of broth of your choice
  • parsley, green onions

Method of preparation :

Mix the eggs, flour, milk, add the crushed cube of broth and beat everything well. Pour the resulting mixture into a greased pan and bake the omelette in the oven.

Boil the potatoes, add 150 grams of butter and make a puree.

Spread an even layer of grated yellow cheese on the finished omelette and put the mashed potatoes. Roll up a roll, spread the rest of the butter on the surface and sprinkle with the cheese.

Put the dish for 2-3 minutes in a preheated oven. After removing the roll, cut it into pieces, pour the tomato sauce and sprinkle with chopped parsley, green onions or whatever you prefer.

If desired, you can add vegetables before rolling the roll.
