Required products :
80 grams of smoked sausage
50 grams of melted cheese
2 eggs
1.5 tablespoons mayonnaise
salt and pepper
oil
Method of preparation :
Cut the sausage into thin strips.
Grate the melted cheese.
Beat the eggs in a suitable bowl.
Add the mayonnaise to them.
Season to taste.
And beat with a wire whisk.
Heat a little oil in a pan and pour the egg combination into the pan.
Spread the melted cheese over half of the layer.
On it - sausage.
When the base is firm, turn the non-stuffing part over on the other half.
And bake the dish on both sides until golden.
You are now ready to serve.
