Necessary products:

 

  • 700 grams of white flour
  • 300 grams of wholemeal flour
  • 42 grams of live yeast
  • 10 grams of sugar
  • 15 grams of salt
  • 350 milliliters of warm milk
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 10 grams of onion powder
  • 20 grams of melted butter
  • 2 eggs + yolk to spread
  • 10-15 grams of poppy seeds
  • 300 grams of grated cheese

 

Method of preparation:

 

Prepare the dough first. To do this, combine the two types of flour and mix. Dissolve the yeast in the warm milk, add the sugar, salt and olive oil. Pour the mixture over the dry ingredients and stir. Prepare the dough, put it in a suitable container, cover with cling film and wait for it to rise.

Then divide into equal parts and roll each. Grease each with butter and sprinkle with cheese. Roll it up and snail it up. Prepare all snacks this way and arrange in a tray lined with a sheet of parchment. Brush the cheeses with a mixture of butter and onion powder.
