Peeled onions cut into circles about 1 cm thick.
Cut the mozzarella into strips.
Place the small onion rings in the larger ones and fill the gaps between them with mozzarella.
Store in the freezer or refrigerator for an hour.
When you take out the circles, first roll each in flour, then dip in the beaten eggs, breadcrumbs, again in the eggs and finish the breading with breadcrumbs.
Heat oil in a large saucepan and fry the onion appetizer until golden.
Be careful not to overcook, because the mozzarella will spread.
Remove the prepared ones on paper so that it absorbs the excess oil.
Make it crispy!
