Learn how to cook "Onion meatballs with garlic in tomato sauce". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
500 grams of onion
100 grams of semolina
3 cloves garlic
2 eggs
1.5 tea cups tomato juice
ground black pepper and salt to taste
frying oil
Method of preparation :
Peel an onion, wash it.
Cut it into small pieces (do not grate).
Peel the garlic cloves and grate them.
Mix the prepared products in a bowl and add semolina, eggs and spices to taste.
Stir thoroughly and let the "minced meat" stand for 10 minutes so that the onion releases its juice and the semolina swells up a bit.
Then form meatballs from the mixture. No breading required.
Fry them in hot oil on both sides until golden.
Pour the tomato juice into a suitable container and place on the stove. Let it "fry" a bit.
Pour it over the meatballs and return to the stove to simmer for about 15 minutes on low heat.
