How To Cook Open Omelet With Kale, Green Onions And Tomatoes - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 5 eggs
  • a few leaves of kale
  • 2 stalks of fresh onion, finely chopped
  • 6-7 small tomatoes or cherries
  • 1 chopped garlic clove
  • salt, pepper
  • 2 tablespoons liquid unsalted cream

 

Method of preparation:

 

Blanch the cabbage leaves and chop them finely. Heat 1 teaspoon of fat and fry them. Add onion, garlic and halved tomatoes.

In another bowl, combine the cream, eggs and beat until combined. Pour over the vegetable mixture. Bake on one side for about 5-6 minutes, turn the omelette over with a plate and bake for the same amount of time on the other.

Season with salt and pepper, serve, cut and enjoy.
