How To Cook Open Omelette With Green Onions, Mushrooms And Tomatoes - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 4 eggs
  • 100 grams of large mushrooms
  • 50 grams of yellow and red cherry tomatoes
  • 2-3 stalks of fresh onions
  • 20 milliliters of cooking cream
  • salt, pepper to taste
  • 1 clove of garlic, finely chopped

 

Method of preparation:

 

Beat the eggs in a bowl and beat them with a fork. Do not use a wire whisk to get a fluffy omelette without foam. Season with garlic, finely chopped onion, salt and pepper.

Add the cream and pour the mixture into a heated pan with a lid. Cook over low heat. Cut the mushrooms and tomatoes, arrange them on the eggs and put the lid on.

Cook for 10 minutes. Cool, pour over the dish and serve warm, garnished with chopped fresh onions.
