Learn how to cook "Open pie stuffed with chicken, onion and yellow cheese". Delicious recipe.

Necessary products

For the dough:

1.5 teaspoons flour
150 grams sour cream
100 grams butter
1 egg
1 teaspoon baking powder
pinch of salt

For the stuffing:

350 grams of chicken fillet
150 grams of yellow cheese, another type of cheese or a mixture of 2 different
50 grams of butter
1 tablespoon oil
4 onions a
pinch of dried thyme

Method of preparation :

Sift the flour, add a pinch of salt and baking powder, egg and stir. It's time for the softened butter and sour cream.

Knead a smooth dough, wrap it in plastic wrap and refrigerate for half an hour.

Meanwhile, make the filling.

Boil the chicken fillet in salted water and cut it into small pieces.
Peel an onion, cut it into semicircles and fry in a mixture of hot butter and oil. Season with salt, ground black pepper and a pinch of thyme.

When you take the dough out of the fridge, roll it out in the shape of the tray you will use, as part of it should cover the walls and protrude a little outside so that you can roll it in after distributing the filling.

Put the chicken and fried onions on the base, sprinkle with grated cheese (you can cut it thinly) and roll the dough, which comes out of the pan, inside.

Bake the pie in a preheated 190 degree oven for 30-40 minutes (or until golden brown).

Enjoy your meal!
