Necessary products:

 

  • 300 grams of pie crusts
  • 60 grams of melted butter
  • 200 grams of shredded or grated cow's cheese
  • half a bunch of chopped fresh oregano
  • a few stalks of fresh onions
  • a few sprigs of fresh basil
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • a few sprigs of dill
  • salt to taste
  • additional lubricating oil

 

Method of preparation:

 

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and grease a round pan with melted butter. Cover it with two crusts. Take a crust and roll it up. Put it at one end of the tray and do the other in the same way.

Put the fresh spices in a blender and chop them finely. Pour them into a bowl and add the cheese. Stir and distribute the mixture. Take the bark again and fold it into an accordion lengthwise. Arrange in the middle of the tray, make a few more in the same way and arrange them as well.
