Required products :

120 grams of cheese

0.5 teaspoon wheat flour

0.5 teaspoon semolina

1 egg

3 tablespoons cream

For the stuffing:

500 grams of white mushrooms

1 onion

pinch of salt

1 clove garlic

3 tablespoons cream

pinch of rosemary leaf

1 teaspoon dried oregano

50 grams of goat cheese

1 egg for spreading

Method of preparation :

Mix the cheese, flour and semolina, add the egg and cream. Knead the dough quickly, shape it into a loaf and put it in the fridge for an hour. You can make two loaves of it or one large and several small.

While the dough is cooling, make the filling. Pour boiling water over the mushrooms, drain after a few minutes, wash them thoroughly with cold water and cut into large pieces.

Finely chop the onions, mix with the garlic and fry until transparent. Add salt, add mushrooms, oregano. Fry a little and add the cream, let everything simmer until the liquid evaporates.

While the filling is cooling, cut the goat cheese into circles about 1 cm thick.

Roll out the dough. The layer should be about 0.5 cm thick and about 5 cm larger than the size of the tray you will use. Line the form with baking paper and carefully spread the dough, leaving the edges on the outside. Put the mushroom stuffing, rosemary, pieces of goat cheese and "wrap" as seen in the photo. Coat the edges with beaten egg and pour the rest of it into the filling.

Bake the pie in a preheated 180 degree oven for 30 - 40 minutes. When the edges turn red, it is ready.

Enjoy your meal!
