How To Cook Open Pie With Roasted Tomatoes And Cheese - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Open pie with roasted tomatoes and cheese". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

240 grams of shortcrust pastry
4 tomatoes
250 grams of soft cheese or cottage cheese
3 eggs
100 grams of cheddar cheese
60 grams of feta cheese
basil
green onions

Method of preparation :

Cut the tomatoes into two parts and arrange in a pan greased with oil. Sprinkle with olive oil and bake in the oven for 50 minutes. Allow to cool, during which time roll out the dough and put it in a small round shape. Using a fork, pierce the surface in several places and bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 10 minutes.
While the base cools, start making the filling.
Mix all types of cheese, add eggs, chopped green onions to taste. Beat until smooth (you can use a food processor or blender). Season with salt, ground black pepper and basil to taste.

Spread the filling on the base of the dough, arrange the roasted tomatoes. Press them lightly so that they can sink a little into the mixture, but do not overdo it, let them be visible.

Bake the pie for 40-45 minutes in the oven at a temperature of 180 degrees.

I'll bring the fuel.

Enjoy your meal!
