Method of preparation:
Mix the flour with the salt, pour the water, vinegar and make a dough. Spread on a plate, roll out fine crusts from the dough and dry them. Arrange them in a cake tin so that they cover the bottom and walls evenly.
Heat the butter and fry the onion, mint and spinach, finely chopped. Drain, cool and add the shredded and cream cheese, ham, flour and eggs to the mixture.
Stir until the products are mixed and spread the filling on the crusts. Preheat oven to 200 degrees and bake for 30-35 minutes. When ready, cool, cut and serve the pie.
