Cover the bottom of the pan with aluminum foil, grease with oil and put the beets (if the head is large, cut into several pieces). Bake for 25 minutes (preheated oven to 200 degrees).
While the beets are roasting, mix the oranges and onions in a bowl. In a separate bowl, pour the citrus juice and hazelnut oil.
Peel a squash, grate it and cut it into small pieces. Pour over the oranges and onions. Pour the dressing, season with salt and pepper, add the coriander, hazelnuts and cheese.
The non-standard salad is ready.
