Mix the flour with the soft butter, add the oil. Beat the eggs with the sugar and orange peel, pour in the milk and mix until smooth. Leave the resulting crumbly dough to rest and after an hour roll it out, cut into shapes of your choice.

Cover a pan with a sheet of parchment, arrange the biscuits and bake in a preheated 200 degree oven until done. Cool, roll out the fondant in different colors, using the molds cut out parts. Coat each biscuit with whipped egg whites and apply the sugar patterns.

Decorate with a toothpick by making shapes of your choice. You can also make the decoration with icing if you can't find fondant, for this purpose you first outline the biscuits with edging.

Then fill with a color of your choice and spread evenly with a wooden stick. Leave the biscuits in a cool place to firm up their decoration, arrange them in a box and serve.
