Necessary products:

 

  • 500 grams of oranges
  • 350 grams of flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 150 grams of crystal sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • pinch of salt
  • 150 grams of yogurt
  • juice of two oranges
  • grated rinds of two oranges
  • 200 grams of natural chocolate
  • 50 grams of white chocolate

 

Method of preparation:

 

Put the flour in a bowl and add the orange peel, baking powder and salt. In another bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar, add the yoghurt, orange juice and stir. Combine the ingredients and pour them into a greased and floured baking dish.

Preheat oven to 180 degrees and bake for 35-40 minutes. Cool the cake, while melting both types of chocolate.

Cover the surface of the cake with black and smooth with a spatula. Put the white in a syringe and make chocolate dots in several places. Using a wooden skewer, make shapes of your choice. Cut the cake and serve.
