For swamps:

1 orange

4 eggs

1/2 cup ground rusks

8 tablespoons granulated sugar

1 tablespoon cocoa powder

2 oranges

300 grams of cream cheese (you can use sour cream or cottage cheese)

2 packets of vanilla sugar

25 grams of gelatin

4 tablespoons granulated sugar

200 milliliters of high-fat liquid cream

For decoration:

ready orange jelly or yellow cake coating

canned syrupy tangerines

Method of preparation :

Boil the orange (for about 30 minutes), then puree it together with the peel.

Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Beat the yolks with the sugar until white. Then mix with the rusks and orange puree.

Divide the combination into 2 parts. Add cocoa to one.

Beat two of the egg whites until stiff foamy and carefully add to the chocolate mixture.

Put one loaf to bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 - 25 minutes.

Meanwhile, beat the remaining egg whites, add to the dough and bake another loaf (use a detachable form)

Remove the prepared trays from the pan and leave to cool.

Cover the bottom of the detachable form with baking paper.

Pour gelatin with warm water, peel the oranges. Drain the juice from one fruit and clean the other from the white skins and divide into small pieces.

When the gelatin swells, pour it into the cream and put on low heat. Stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved, then cool.

Beat the cream cheese with the sugar and vanilla, add the orange juice and zest, pour the cream with gelatin.

Put one loaf in the prepared form, pour it with half of the mixture, arrange pieces of orange and wait for it to harden slightly.

Then put the second tray, the rest of the mixture and put in the refrigerator for about half an hour.

Dissolve the jelly in a little less water than the amount indicated on the package. Let cool.

Arrange the tangerines on the surface of the cake and pour the jelly.

Put the dessert in the refrigerator (preferably overnight).

Enjoy your meal!
