How To Cook Orange Cake With Honey, Coffee And Cinnamon - Recipe

Required products :

5 proteins
100 grams powdered sugar
250 grams flour
1 orange
20 grams honey
100 grams butter
30 grams ground coffee
1 teaspoon leavening agent
1 teaspoon oil
pinch salt
cinnamon to taste

Preparation :
Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff foam is obtained.


Mix the softened butter with the powdered sugar and cinnamon.


Then carefully add the coffee, sweetened butter and baking powder to the egg whites.

 

Gently mix everything until smooth, trying to keep the air.

 

Wash the orange well and cut it into thin semicircles.

 

Grease a suitable form with oil, spread the honey on the bottom, and on it - arrange a row of pieces of orange.

 

You should pour the dough.


Bake the cake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 30-40 minutes.
When it cools down a bit, turn it over on a plate so that the fruit remains on the surface.
