Necessary products:

 

  • 8 boneless chicken legs
  • fine sea salt and pepper to taste
  • 1-2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 4 chopped garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons orange peel
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 peeled and grated ginger root
  • parsley and orange leaves for decoration


Method of preparation:

 

Preheat the oven to 190 degrees and season the chicken legs with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the meat, put it in a pan. Mix in a bowl the orange peel and juice, broth, sugar, garlic, ginger, stir and pour in the same fat.
