Required products :
2 large oranges
50 milliliters of Amaretto liqueur
2 tablespoons honey
cinnamon and brown sugar to serve
slices of kumquat or another citrus
Method of preparation :
Squeeze the juice from the citrus, remove the seeds from the fruit.
Mix the liqueur and juice in a suitable container, then heat them over a moderate heat, not allowing the liquid to boil.
Follow with honey and pour the "golden" drink into a glass.
Pre-decorate the dish with brown sugar and serve the cocktail with a cinnamon stick and slices of kumquat.
