Necessary products:

 

  • 4 eggs
  • 200 grams of sugar
  • the peel of an orange
  • 1 kg of flour, sifted
  • 10 grams of ammonia soda
  • 10 grams of baking powder
  • 400 grams of yogurt
  • 1 cup melted lard
  • pinch of salt
  • 5 grams of vanilla
  • sugar for sprinkling

 

Method of preparation:

 

Put the melted butter in a bowl suitable for kneading and add the flour. Make a well in the middle and add the beaten eggs, separating some of them for the glaze.

Add sugar, yogurt mixed with ammonia, baking powder, vanilla and orange peel, grated on a fine grater. Mix the products by hand and make a dough. Allow to rest for 10 minutes and divide into portions.

Form balls and arrange them in a parchment-lined tray. Brush each with beaten eggs, sprinkle with sugar and bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool the cookies, arrange and serve.
