Wash the oranges, peel them thinly, and you can use a knife to peel vegetables.
Remove the white skins of the citrus, put the flesh in a saucepan (about 1.5 cups of tea you need fruit + juice).
Strain until smooth.
Add the sugar (you can use vanilla if you prefer).
Followed by two egg yolks and one egg white. Beat at high speed.
Then put the soft butter (cut into cubes) in the mixture and stir.
Put the pan on medium heat and stir until its contents boil. Once this is done, immediately turn off the stove and beat for 5 minutes. The cream will become fluffy and thick.
Fill jars with it, close them and you can store in the refrigerator for the next 3 weeks.
When the orange sweetness stays in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours, it will thicken even more and the taste will become more saturated.
The dessert can be served on its own with a decoration of grated dark chocolate or as an addition to pancakes, various pastries, cookies or spread a slice with it.
