How To Cook Orange Dessert With Cottage Cheese And Walnuts - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Orange dessert with cottage cheese and walnuts". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

2 oranges
1 teaspoon orange juice
10 grams of gelatin powder
1/2 teaspoon of high-fat liquid cream (about 30-33%)
150 grams of cottage cheese
100 grams of powdered sugar
walnuts to taste

Preparation :
Peel the oranges, remove the white skins (as far as possible), clean the fruit from the seeds. Divide into pieces and peel the skins, leaving only the flesh, which you cut into small pieces.
Pour the juice into a suitable container and place on the stove. Add the gelatin, stir and allow the mixture to warm until the gelatin is completely dissolved and remove from the heat.
When the juice has cooled, pour into a large wide glass or other suitable container (for example, bowls) and refrigerate to solidify the jelly.
You can pour the juice, keeping the glass tilted - this will give a beautiful and interesting look to the dessert.
Take care of the curd. Add half of the powdered sugar to it and beat well with a blender. A light air mass should be obtained.
Using a spoon, carefully place the sweet curd on the prepared jelly and put it back in the fridge.
Mix the cream with the remaining sugar and beat with a mixer until thick.
When the juice is completely turned into jelly, remove from the refrigerator. Arrange pieces of orange on the curd and cover them with cream.
Decorate the dessert with roasted or raw walnuts. You can sprinkle with cinnamon or grated chocolate, also crushed biscuits.
Enjoy your meal!
