Necessary products

For the dough:

150 grams of butter
50 grams of sugar
200 grams of
vanilla flour a
pinch of salt

For cream:

3 eggs
2 oranges
3 tablespoons flour
200 grams of sugar

 

Method of preparation :

First make the swamps.
Mix the butter with the sugar, add the flour, vanilla and a pinch of salt. Knead the dough and store in the refrigerator for an hour. Then distribute an evenly thin layer (by hand) in a suitable detachable form and bake in the oven until semi-finished at a temperature of 180 degrees (about 20 minutes).

Squeeze the juice from the oranges, grate their peels.
