Dissolve the gelatin in a glass of cold water.
Squeeze the orange juice, put it on the stove, add the sugar and bring to a boil. After boiling, immediately add gelatin. Stir gently (about 1 minute) and pour the mixture into cups. When cool, refrigerate for 1 hour.
Melt the chocolate in a water bath and cool. Whip the cream with a mixer, mix with the chocolate. Spread the resulting mixture on the cooled jelly and return to the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
