Required products :

  • 75 grams of orange peel
  • 500 milliliters of vodka
  • 600 grams of sugar
  • 350 milliliters of water

 

Method of preparation :

Use thin orange peels that have a little white on the inside. Cut them into thin strips. Pour them into a glass jar with a lid, pour the vodka, close the container, and leave for 8 days.

Then mix the water and sugar in a saucepan, put on the stove and boil the syrup over low heat. When it cools, pour it over the orange tincture, which you previously strain through a fine strainer or paper filter.

The liqueur is ready, pour it into bottles to store. In the same way, you can prepare apricot or tangerine peel.
