Necessary products
For syrup:
5 tablespoons sugar
300 milliliters of water
2 oranges
For cream:
400 milliliters of fresh milk
1 tablespoon of flour
1.5 tablespoons of rice flour
150 grams of sugar
1 orange
200 milliliters of liquid cream
Method of preparation :
Mix the water and sugar in a suitable bowl and place on the hob. When the liquid boils, add thinly sliced orange.
Let them cook until they caramelize a little. Separate a few slices for decoration, and divide the rest into dessert bowls along with the syrup.
Make a cream. Mix the two types of flour with the milk, add the sugar, the grated peel of half an orange and the cream.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until the consistency thickens. Then remove the pan from the heat and pour in the orange juice.
Wait for the cream to cool and distribute it in the prepared bowls.
Decorate the dessert with the reserved orange rings and serve.
