Necessary products

For the dough (for 12-14 pancakes):

400 milliliters of fresh milk
2 eggs
250 grams of flour
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons sugar
1 large orange
pinch of salt

For the stuffing:

250-300 grams of cottage cheese
1 egg
1 tablespoon semolina
1/2 orange
2-3 tablespoons sugar (or to taste)

Method of preparation :

Sift the flour into a bowl, add the sugar, salt and lightly beaten eggs, then the melted butter and mix the products thoroughly.
Pour a little of the milk and stir to obtain a homogeneous mixture. It is important not to form lumps, for this purpose you can use a wire for beating eggs or a mixer (at low speed). Gradually pour in all the milk.
Wash the orange well, squeeze the juice (about 100 milliliters) and grate some of its peel (1 tbsp). Add them to the dough and let stand for about 20-30 minutes.

During this time, start making the filling. Thoroughly mash the curd, add the egg to it, also semolina and sugar. Mix everything well and put sliced orange.

Start baking the pancakes. Heat a frying pan well, grease the bottom with a little grease (you can use a brush) and add a little of the dough to make thin pancakes.
When they turn red on one side, turn on the other, but only for a few seconds (enough for the dough to harden and not be liquid).
Let cool and put in each of the fragrant stuffing on the well-baked side. Roll up the rolls, place them in a hot pan with a little fat and bake lightly on all sides over low heat.
Enjoy your meal!
