Necessary products

For the dough:

  • 2 tsp flour
  • 4 tbsp starch
  • a little less than 1/2 tsp oil
  • 80 g brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp soda
  • pinch of salt

For the stuffing:

  • 1 orange
  • 160 g of sugar
  • 1 tbsp starch

Method of preparation:

Mix the oil with the sugar and stir until it dissolves. Add the starch, baking soda, baking powder, salt, flour and mix thoroughly. Knead the dough, wrap it in foil and store in the refrigerator. While the dough is cooling, make the filling. Peel an orange, grate it and remove the seeds, if any. Put all the orange (and peel), sugar, starch in a blender and grind everything together.

Take the dough out of the fridge, roll it out to make a layer and spread the orange filling on it. Then roll it up and put it in the fridge for half an hour. Then cut into pieces (about 3 cm), arrange them in a pan greased with oil or lined with baking paper with the "edge" down.

Bake in an oven preheated to 220 degrees for about 15 - 20 minutes.

The orange rolls are ready.

Enjoy your meal!
