Required products :

  • 3 juicy oranges
  • 1 red onion
  • 100 grams of black olives

For a sweet dressing:

  • honey
  • balsamic vinegar
  • olive oil
  • mint leaves

For salty dressing:

  • olive oil
  • sol

  • dill

 

Method of preparation :

Peel the oranges, divide them into slices, which you clean from white coatings and rough parts.

Try to collect the juice that is released during the preparation of the fruit in a bowl.
