Required products :
5 oranges
20 grams butter
40 grams starch
50 grams sugar
3 protein
Method of preparation :
Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
Cut the oranges into two parts and remove the inside, from which squeeze the juice (it will be about 300 milliliters).
Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the starch. Then remove from the heat, pour the citrus juice into the pan, put the sugar and return to the stove. Boil the mixture until it thickens, stirring constantly.
Wrap the orange peels in foil.
Beat the egg whites until you get a thick foam, which you carefully mix with the orange sauce.
