Required products :

4 oranges
1 tablespoon starch
600 milliliters of purified water
3-4 tablespoons of sugar

 

Method of preparation :

Peel the oranges, squeeze the juice and place the meat on the stove and cook for 5 minutes. Then add the sugar and let the mixture cook until the sweet crystals melt. Strain.

Dissolve the starch in the citrus juice, stir until smooth. Add to the syrup, pouring in a thin stream and stir constantly so that no lumps form.

Let everything boil for 3 minutes and distribute the sour in suitable cups or bowls.
Serve chilled.
